Best Time To Eat To Control Your Diabetes and/or Obesity

Surprise, It Is NOT When You Think

To understand this....a basic review of what disease you have...

Your body, as a diabetic, or as constantly running Obese, (even up and down) means your nature supplied system has been compromised, (from abuse over time) and your body has lost control of high blood sugar levels, (which is what does body damage)

High blood glucose (blood sugar level) results primarily from eating modern man processed and refined foods (high sugar, high starch) because your body was never designed to handle this concentrated high level which is what over time has destroyed your (red line high sugar peak) control system..

We have previously gone into your gaining an understanding of how your cells have built up a resistance over many years abuse, refuse to continue accepting excessively high blood sugar, that higher and higher insulin level output by your pancreas to make muscle cells accept sugar, wont compensate enough anymore to get it accepted in muscles at this stage of your muscle physical condition (much turned to flab) and only place left is as fat. (and if fat conversion not ridding high blood sugar fast enough, causes permanent body damage, (known as diabetic "complications".) (or if lucky kidneys pee it out...) (and you may wind up with damaged kidneys from trying to hard to save you.)

Today's Lesson.....

The best time to eat food that causes high sugar peaks is right before, during or right after extensive exercise. (use of muscles)

With sugar levels lowered or about to be lowered in muscle systems, this is one time there is a place for it to go and make a lower level.

Body Automatic Self Defense To Keep Your Cells From Drowning In High Blood Sugar

Your self defense body system has 4 choices to get that body damaging high sugar peak out of your blood to save you from permanent damage.

 

 

  1. Send it to your liver, which carries one days supply (and is almost always full up) standard for emergency supplementation to run away from bear in woods etc. Normal man was designed to operate the days activities almost solely on fat, (fat converts to energy too slow for big emergency run)

    You, instead, today as modern man have been converted to have a body operating system functioning solely on sugar and burn no fat. (sugar addict) The normal early man sugar system nature designed as emergency supplementation of fat conversion. (see our explanation for why you do not lose fat) (Why a modern day person now switched to a sugar burning system, only ADD Fat cells, you do not burn fat, it only runs on sugar and when low on sugar sends you on a sugar eating binge. (without fail)

    Since your liver is kept full almost constantly, your body as a result has only two other places to dump off this potentially very damaging sugar peak.

  2. Have your kidneys try to pee it out....you likely do not drink enough water and this will dehydrate your body trying to save you from sugar even though there is not enough water around will desperately even do body damage or put you in a coma by taking too much water out with the high sugar in pee emergency.
    Now you will understand why some say as much as 70% of diabetics have kidney damage. (some even wind up on dialysis machines)
  3. Next Option.......You will be producing very high Insulin (high insulin itself does even more body damage then high blood glucose) with high blood sugar peaks in an attempt to force muscle cells to accept this high sugar. Due to high insulin resistance of muscle cells and fewer muscle cells then in fit younger days, this high insulin level does what it does best as a "fat forming hormone", (definition of insulin purpose) it turns the remaining sugar into enlarged fat cells. (adults do not make more fat cells, they increase size of present cells.) (children add new fat cells which tends to make them get fat easier as an adult.)

    EDITORS NOTE: People do not understand or have lots of crazy untrue, (heard over and over) theorys of why they get fat.

    • It is Not eating too many calories
    • It is Not failing to exercise.
    • It is Not Eating more calories then you burn.
    • It is Not eating too much fat.

    It is VERY SIMPLY eating high sugar and high starch AND causing high sugar peaks your body CAN NOT HANDLE.

    So as a diabetic...(AND OR AS AN OBESE PERSON) to control damaging sugar peaks, you learn

    • To Stop Immediately Eating Food That Causes High Blood Sugar Peaks, (high glycemic that digests into blood stream very fast) NAMELY HIGH SUGAR HIGH and STARCH
    • Learn to do things that lower digestion speed,
      1. Eat Slowly
      2. Blend with slow digesting foods like FIBER, MEAT and high FAT.
      3. Eat small meals (amounts,) (no more three large meals) eat several times a day, like eating every two hours.
      4. Stop eating much in evening or evening snacks, see muscle - exercise explanation above. (eat high glycemic or highest blood sugar producing foods, right after, right before or during exercise when muscles have room to absorb sugar.
      5. Eat biggest input first thing in AM before starting vigorous activity.

    Most erroneously skip the morning meal and eat big before going to be bed. The EXACT wrong thing, man was made to eat large calorie input just before and while engaging in high energy use. There was a place in the muscles for it to go as it was used and made room for.

    Eating high glycemic or large calorie in evening before lowering metabolism to almost nothing over night, at which time the sugar peak developed has absolutely NO WHERE TO go but damage or make fat.
