The Big Fat Mistake

Looks Like They Got It All Wrong, And You Bought Into It

Your body was designed by nature to run on Fat. You are a Fat Burning Machine. Your bulk of calories should come from Fat, just as caveman, they say ran on 75% of his calories from fat.
You, have inherited the cave man model body, and you should also run your body even today, basically on Fat.

Your ancestors ran on stored fat, and the carbs and sugar was for limited body operations and for emergency spurts when fat conversion was too slow and you needed (run from danger etc.) more sudden energy, your liver delivered glucose.
Your body was switched by Modern Man has been eating refined sugar and flour, resulting in a flood of glucose. To keep from drowning in glucose, your body operation in trying to burn it all, switched to sugar as primary fuel.

Your ancestors, when they were low on energy and were operating a normal fat body operating system, they stored fat daily and they burned fat daily. You did not have huge hunger because you were able for example to walk a long journey as you needed energy and you were burning fat and using it slowly.

Digesting food and running on fat calories (75% of calories from fat) from your diet was how your ancestors operated.

On the sugar system, you have forced your body on to, that you are on now, when low on sugar as energy source, you become ravenously hungry and need immediate sugar input.

When you take in more sugar than you burn, however you automatically store it as fat.
So now you have fat storing with no fat burning.

Fat stored in your body is made from "SUGAR". and is turned on by the fat making hormone "insulin" which is turned on in your body only by HIGH SUGAR. Your body does not turn on "fat making" when eating high fat because storing fat is not turned on or made from Fat.

The hibernating bear eats high sugar berries and fruit etc over the summer to put on fat to make it thru the winter. Man also had high sugar also only during the fruit season, and put on fat during the high sugar season to make it thru the winter.

Now you have high sugar season all year and never have a no sugar season where you burn back off the fat.

So here is the real problem - you do not burn fat because you are switched to a sugar burning system.

Your body detects low fat and guards losing any fat because you need stored fat to make it thru a fat famine. (coming indicated by low fat input) Therefore, surplus sugar still goes directly to fat added to your body, nature figuring there is a low sugar season just ahead, and a fat famine enroute.

Here comes today's huge mass hysteria, what we call the BIG fat mistake - When you have this huge refined sugar and flour input, you are often, when adding in normal calories from fat, you are now far exceeding your ability to burn that many calories.
The erroneous (Big Mistake) conclusion is that if you cut out the FAT input, you will get your calories total down to where you do not store fat.
Therefore the politically correct mass mistake, is low fat, lower fat, cut out fat etc, This is not what is storing as fat, it is sugar. Only sugar stores as fat- Read that again. You can eat almost unlimited fat. If you do not eat sugar, you will not store fat. The total calories count only with the addition of carbs (sugar).

The Eskimo practically drowns in fat (blubber) etc. and never eats sugar, He does not become obese. Get off sugar and switch your body to become what it was designed for. A fat storing and FAT BURNING system. Then your body basically, stores, burns and runs on fat, every day.
With the current sugar operating system you are on you do not burn fat and when you run short of blood sugar you become ravenously hungry and desperately find a way to eat more sugar.

Operating as nature intended in contrast, on the fat system - you run on and burn it all day long.

Your body will not switch to burning fat only as a last resort now and you have to literally starve yourself to get it to even consider burning fat because you have told if via inputting no fat that there is a fat famine in progress and to survive the body must hold on to fat it will desperately need. You need some fat mixed with other food and in a famine you have no fat input, so you have to carry along some fat to carry over to survive a famine. This is the system you inherited. Only those with this system survived.

For you to switch systems back to the natural fat burning system your body was designed for you have to starve it of sugar, (cut off all sugar, flour, starch) input but DO NOT starve yourself, eat instead fat and protein etc and eat all of that you want in switching your body back to the "fat operating system"
 
This is basically what the Atkins diet does. and why it works.

This may help you understand why the usual diet system is doomed to failure and the American population gets fatter and fatter.

Our simple solution: Get on the diet your body was designed for. It is called the Paleo or Caveman diet, it is not a diet at all. Eat all the food you want whenever you want, just eat what your body was designed for. Simply stop all input of what your body was not designed to handle. You will automatically be back on the fat burning system your body was designed for..
