and passing gas in the wrong place at the wrong time can cause great embarrassment!
What Is Flatulence?"
"Flatulence Is The Digestive System Having Excessive Stomach Or Intestinal Gas".
This can result in very uncomfortable feelings of bloating, increased belching and from the passing of gas from the rectum.
What Are The "Causes?"
Excess gas in the digestive tract (which is your esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and colon/large intestine) can come from several sources:
- Increased intake of gas, for example, from air you swallow.
- Increased production of gas from food consumed as undigested foods are broken down by harmless bacteria normally found in your colon.
- Swallowed air, Also called Aerophagia, this can occur with improper swallowing while eating or even unconscious swallowing of air out of habit.
- Breakdown of undigested foods by natural bacteria in your large intestine.
Your body does not digest and absorb some carbohydrates (for example, the sugar, starches, and fiber found in many foods) in the small intestine because of a
shortage or absence of certain enzymes there particularly as you age..
When Does It Occur?
Flatulence occurs when a food does not break down completely in the stomach and small intestine. As a result, the unprocessed food makes it into the large intestine in an
undigested state.
For example,
If you are "lactose intolerant," it means that you lack an enzyme (lactase) in your intestine -- the enzyme that breaks lactose apart
into two sugar molecules so they can enter the bloodstream.
Without lactase, lactose passes undigested through the stomach and small intestine and arrives in the large intestine partially undigested.
What Flatulence Tells You
If you have it, you are a normal, fellow human being. We all discharge digestive methane. If you have, "clear the room" bad smelling flatulence, then you are a human being with a
problem-(that you are not aware of the "why")
We all have production of gas including methane in the digestive process and it is normally colorless and odorless and discharged 7 to 12 times daily. So if you have pressure, heat and
people complaining of the odor, then you have a digestive problem, that probably indicates you are eating something that you have a food intolerance with, in other words you are eating a food
your body does not have inherited programming to make adequate enzymes to handle fully.
- Note: most foods come with digesting enzymes but cooking destroys them.
Our ability to digests certain foods come from our inherited digestive system that itself was developed over tens of thousand of years.
To understand this, In the USA we are often from a line of various ethnic descendants. If your mother's ancestors came from a certain areas of Europe that had started to develop an
ability to handle digesting dairy products and your father came from Asia or an area that had absolutely no inherited dairy digesting that experience then, you may have not inherited the
ability to make those enzymes, to handle digesting dairy, but your brother did.
For example: (up to 85% of US citizens have some intolerance to dairy) Some will say (or many experts claim) you inherited "bad" genes.
This is like saying the Panda bear who eats nothing but bamboo shoots inherited "bad" genes because he can not digest hay.
You inherited genes that are 100% correct for what thousands of generations of your ancestors digested.
You have been eating (or drinking) (inputting) something your personal model of body was not designed to digest (handle as a mainstay) and the undigested sugar and flour (or dairy etc) is
a result of your lack of an enzyme in your intestine (such as one that can break down lactose
in dairy) or other carbs apart into molecules so they can enter the bloodstream.
Without your body producing enough, or the proper enzyme, it passes undigested through the stomach and small intestine and arrives in the large intestine relatively intact. and meets up with the
billions of natural bacteria hungry to digest it.
There they produce a variety of gases, in much the way that yeast produces carbon dioxide to leaven bread.
In addition this cause of the smelly emitted gas is likely causing other health problems for you that you do not understand, nor have you ever determined why you have them.
There are medical tests (not very accurate) to help determine what food (or foods) that might be wrong for you.
That your system is intolerant to, but these tests are never conclusive.
Best bet if you want to make a specific search and determine each and every problem food, is a Journal of writing down the dropping of some food one by one from your
diet and learning how to log the results. In a relatively short time, it should be apparent and you will know from body changes what food your body has on "intolerance" for.
Our method is more radical, but very simple Simply cut out all "Modern man food" (anything your ancestors did
not eat and in their form) your body was not designed for. (Caveman diet).
Eat as much as you want as often as you want, just stay away from Agriculture products such as Dairy grain and sugar (a few more refinements) such as no processed food.
You should in a very short time notice a big change in your overall health.
Now, once all is cleared up
you can simply each week add "one thing" back in to your diet.
When you notice the old symptoms returning. ......simply ...Back up and just drop the last food added back in.
Most, however, do so well on the caveman diet and it is very apparent, they often decide there is no need to go back to the old modern man, manufactured,
processed agriculture (dairy and grain) etc.
Get back to the caveman fiber system and you will have a complete well working
- no constipations, no diarrhea, no smelly gas, everything simply works and works.
As you understand now the intestinal flora, the bacteria in your digestive system are a big factor in your over all health. You normally develop a friendly bacteria system that itself is key to
making some of your needed vitamins such as vitamin K.
Chlorinated city water kills off the bacteria inadvertently when you drink it. We suggest you let your city water stand in a pitcher 24 hours to let chlorination evaporate).
Drinking chlorinated water kills many of the friendly beneficial bacteria that are necessary to fully digest food natures way and the wrong type of bacteria can be part of the
problem.
Almost Every Indigenous Society Had a Fermented Food.
Those with dairy learned to eat Yogurt, a fermented milk and cream "predigested" by friendly bacteria culture and when eaten daily (as other fermented foods do) add a friendly bacteria to your digestive system. The Germans had daily fermented sauerkraut
and the Japanese who are out living Americans by far, have attributed it to 3 different types of fermented soy, (supplying friendly digestive bacteria) that almost all Japanese
eat regularly.
Longevity media people do not tell you that Soy is not a health food but "fermented" soy is.
This, controlled addition daily of live friendly culture such as "live"
bacteria Yogurt and or Fermented soy, Sauerkraut, etc is a key to controlled "bacteria", natures method of digestion.
All of these fermented food, (every indigenous society had some type of fermented food.) are a key part in your working body functioning as nature intended.
Review here: That it is Undigested dairy, sugars and flour are the usual cause of
flatulence odor source.
This is all part of your "wrong fuel" for your body that we are attempting to get you to understand is the cornerstone of nearly every health problem you and the current US society are not
dealing with.
High sugar content and flour foods that you do not make the right or enough enzymes to fully digest are the leading suspects, not only
flatulence but far bigger problems.
The daily additions of the right bacteria with full fat yogurt etc., (unsugared) can help handle these.
The right amount of fiber with the caveman diet, usually 3 times or higher than the normal American diet will result in a daily stool as
opposed to the as little as once every 3 days. (constipation)

Simply Remove or Discontinue The Offending Food

- Remove ALL foods your body was not designed for
(use caveman diet) and you automatically clear them ALL up.
Understanding why flatulence appears and becomes an indication of problems, more often as you age.
- You make less enzymes as you age, and you may have made enough to almost get by, but now you do no longer do.
- You may be eating more and more cooked and processed food where all the
natural supplied enzymes have been destroyed.
- You may be drinking more alcohol, taking synthetic chemical prescriptions and over the counter drugs and now drinking city chlorinated water that is
killing your friendly bacteria system.
- You may have slowed down physical activity and your metabolism has slowed down.
You Likely Have Had Major Food Intolerance All Your Life...
You may have been dealing with a life time of ailments that will all go away when you stop inputting what your body was not designed to handle.
